Please note that all information submitted for the Vendor Evaluation must be authorized for public disclosure. In the spirit of complete transparency—matching EU Compliance standards—all data provided by the vendor must be supported by verifiable links (e.g., official public registries, stock exchange portals, etc) or officially certified document scans.
Company Identity & Brand Ecosystem:
Exact legal name of the Mother company (ies).
Exact legal name of the manufacturing entity.
Exact legal name of the exporting/contracting entity (if different).
List of all relevant subsidiaries, Joint Ventures (JVs), and affiliated brands (separately used in the BESS sector).
UBO & Top Management:
Full disclosure of Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBO).

Battery Specific Safety:
IEC 62619 (Safety requirements for large format secondary lithium cells and batteries).
UN38.3 (Transportation safety for lithium-ion batteries).
UL 9540A (Thermal runaway fire propagation test) - Optional but highly preferred.

Compliance with standard European/ Ukrainian grid codes (e.g., EN 50549-1/2, VDE-AR-N 4105/4110, or equivalent standard supporting local grid regulations).
